The data you send is not stored within our website.\r\n\r\nThe Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes in point C and no more than 38 months from data collection for the purposes in point B.\r\n\r\n<strong>5) DATA ACCESS<\/strong>\r\n\r\nYour data may be made accessible for the purposes indicated in point 2:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>to employees and collaborators of the Controller, in their capacity as designated persons and\/or internal data processors and\/or system administrators;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>to third-party companies or other subjects (website providers, cloud providers, e-payment service providers, suppliers, hardware and software maintenance technicians, shippers and carriers, credit institutions, professional firms, etc.) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Controller, in their capacity as data processors.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>6) DATA TRANSFER<\/strong>\r\n\r\nData will not be disseminated, sold, or exchanged with subjects other than the Controller, processors, and designated persons without your express and explicit consent.\r\n\r\n<strong>7) YOUR RIGHTS<\/strong>\r\n\r\nYou have the right to know what personal data concerning you is being processed.
